This pre-cut kit to go includes the 10 pre-cut cards & all punched or die-cut elements, 1/2 pkg of the Rain or Shine specialty DSP, a share of White crinkled ribbon and Flat Adhesive-backed pearls. The PDF tutorial is free! That's $20 in product plus the 10 pre-cut cards for just $28.
Each card is a fun fold design in this kit.

You will need a paper trimmer (to cut your new DSP), adhesives, greeting images and Olive Balmy Blue & Flirty Flamingo ink pads. I did fussy cut a few of the images from the DSP; the Playing in the Rain dies are also helpful.
I used the Playing in the Rain stamp set for greetings but you can substitute others if needed.
